AllyFarm Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (proof of purchase required).
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Exceptions:
    • Perishable goods, personalized items, and digital products are non-returnable.
    • Clearance/sale items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Support:
    • Email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
    • Include photos of the product (if damaged/defective) and packaging.
  2. Return Authorization (RA):
    • Our team will issue an RA number within 1–2 business days.
    • Returns without an RA number may be rejected.
  3. Shipping Instructions:
    • Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Inspection: Items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Partial refunds may apply to items missing accessories or in damaged packaging.
  • Exchanges:
    • Request an exchange for a different size/color via email.
    • Exchanged items ship once the return is processed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Within 7 Days:
    • Contact [email protected] immediately with photos of the defect and packaging.
    • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Excluded Items

  • Gift cards, digital subscriptions, and custom-made products.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (check their policies separately).
